Next month, DarkStarr (Cosmo and Ashley Beadle) are relaunching their night of cosmic disco and beyond, with a new residency at North London’s The Horatia N7 – a brand new venue which has… already been graced by the likes of Faze Action, Trojan Sound System and the Idjut Boys. Arthur Russel Tribute
Currently there is a big spotlight on Arthur Russell. There is Matt Wolf’s gorgeous film “Wild Combination: A Portrait of Arthur Russell”, as well as the newly published book by Tim Lawrence “Hold On To Your Dreams: Arthur Russell and The Downtown Music Scene 1973 – 1992”.
