It’s been a while since we had a Sunday disco sermon & are absolutely delighted to kick things off with an exclusive re-rub straight out the Windy City from our disco-boogie-house loving brother afrodesia.
“All About the Papers” by the Dells contains both a message & serious groove. A long-time favourite here at Love Unlimited HQ, on this remix afrodesia has stretched that disco groove & break with just a smidge of the Dells vocal talents.
One for the spotters the Dells on an 20th Century is well worth tracking-down on a 12″, as is Lolletta Holloway’ version & if you’re a house-head you probably recognise the disco break from “The Voice” by ATFC. All are heavy tunes.
