Free the Funk – Jazz Not Jazz

More House not House courtesy of Eight Ball Records NYC, similar in style to the recent “Huh” by Jazzy Grooves post, with its jazz-funk leanings. “Free the Funk” by Jazz not Jazz. Originally released as a 12 and features on the Jazz not Jazz Volume 1 compilation released in 1993.

The track is based on a heavy sample from “Tell Me What to Do” by Johnny Hammond (& the Mizell Brothers). Quality Track from start to finish…..Well over 15 years old and still sounding great.
