After such a wet & windy Bank Holiday I thought about posting Date With The Rain by Eddie Kendricks but opted for this disco-nugget - Rainy Days, Stormy Nights by Impact.
This is the Special 12″ Disco Mix released on Fantasy Records in 1977.

Hi LUSS,
Great track! Thanks for posting. It seems to be not that well known; I’m not sure why? The soulful disco heads know, however. I have the 12″, got it 3 or 4 years ago when I heard it on the Soul Spectrum (now long gone) show on WMBR (MIT Cambridge, MA).

Hi Jerome, definetley one for the soul & disco heads, I dont think it ever came out as a commercial release, Promo Copies for Disco’s Only - may have something to do with it not being too well known.
