I remember taking the album IS THIS WATCHA WONT to a hi-fi show some years ago to be played on the best vinyl playing gear at the time.One by one the entire audience strode up to the deck to read the label of the record which was Your Love ,So Good I Can Taste It.It must have sold another 50 copies that week.Need I say more except Let it play on,and on and on.

Don’t forget Webster Lewis, the pianist, composer, arranger, and bandleader is the person on the cover of this recording “Welcome Aboard”. This bears his trademarks as well as Barry’s. I believe only the radio DJs and their friends got a copy of the promotional LP, since I don’t believe it was ever released to the general marketplace.

You can’t beat Barry…So Good I Can Taste it…is another piece of sublime symphonic soul from the Don Mr.White, so good when the vocal kicks-in at the mid-way mark.
