With just over a week to go before this year’s coolest party opens it’s blast-doors at the Nash building in Hockley, Nottingham 10/10/09 - we really are about to explode with excitement! Buckle up and brace yourself for this update on the biggest house-party Nottingham has seen in light years:
Psychedelic aficionado headline act confirmed!
The already top drawer DJ line-up has been further bolstered with the addition of a very special guest; Richard Norris of Beyond the Wizard’s Sleeve and The Time & Space Machine. Richard adds a new dimension to the lineup and will no doubt open up a psychedelic wormhole, ushering in an autumn of love for one night in Nottingham town. Tune in, drop out and lift off!
Bigger, better, faster, stronger
If you are already have your golden ticket, may we say a huge heartfelt thank you – we’ll be burning it up with you on the dancefloors. There’s even been a great response from outside of Nottingham, with revelers trekking all the way from Manchester, Birmingham, Oxford, London, Liverpool, Bristol and Wales….seems like there’ll be a heady mix of psche-naughts to mingle with.

The VJs are fine-tuning the totally immersive visual experience; the bars are stockpiling giddy concoctions; the scenery dressers are truly away with the fairies; the live graffiti artists are shaking their cans; the podium samba dancers and storytellers are poised, Ondroid is being modified, watch out for the cats……this is gonna be unbelievable! You can even confess all your filthy sins in a web-linked confession box and party with a clear conscience to make room for more bad behaviour.
The sound, you can enjoy the expertise of Smokescreen and their unrivaled sound system, which will really KICK. Funktion One systems also installed. This has been an ambitious project and the party is finally almost upon us. We want to amaze everyone in the Nash building, and for you and your friends to be a big part of it.
